All products listed on BEADED are natural gemstone beads and stones, selected, photographed, and described individually.
Due to the high-value, natural, and lot-specific nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed and delivered.
Most of our gemstone strands and lots are difficult to repeat exactly. Each product may have natural variations in color, size, shape, inclusions, internal lines, surface texture, and tone. These are part of genuine gemstones and are not considered defects.
To help buyers make an informed decision, we can share additional photos and live videos of the product before purchase upon request.
Please review all product details carefully before placing an order. For any questions regarding gemstone, size, quality, color, treatment, origin, or suitability, you can contact us before purchasing.
In the rare case that the item received is different from the product ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the parcel, packaging, and product for review.
