Welcome to BEADED. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BEADED by Beads & Chips. BEADED operates this website and online store to provide customers with access to curated natural gemstone beads, cabochons, briolettes, carvings, cut stones and related gemstone products.
By visiting our website, browsing our products, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Order & Return Policy, and Natural Gemstone Disclaimer.

BEADED deals in natural gemstone beads and stones. Our products may include semi-precious gemstone beads, cabochons, briolettes, carvings, cut stones and related gemstone lots.
Each gemstone product is natural unless clearly mentioned otherwise. Natural gemstones may show inclusions, internal lines, color zoning, clouds, surface textures, variation in size, shape, polish, transparency and tone. These are part of the natural character of gemstones and should not be considered defects unless they affect the durability or usability of the product.
We make every effort to photograph, describe and represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography conditions, screen settings and the natural character of gemstones.
Since many of our gemstone strands and lots are unique or difficult to repeat exactly, product availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 - PRODUCT VIDEOS AND BUYER REVIEW
Due to the high-value and natural nature of our products, buyers are encouraged to review all product photos, videos, descriptions, measurements, quality details, treatment information and origin details carefully before placing an order.
Additional photos or live videos of the product can be shared before purchase upon request. Buyers may contact us before ordering if they need clarification regarding gemstone, size, color, quality, treatment, origin, finish or suitability for a specific design or sourcing requirement.
Once an order is placed and delivered, returns or exchanges are not accepted as per our Order & Return Policy.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order on BEADED, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is considered accepted only after payment has been received and the order is confirmed by us.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Due to the limited and lot-specific nature of our products, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted or dispatched.
Our products may be purchased by individual buyers, designers, jewelry brands, exporters, sourcing teams and other business buyers, subject to these Terms and our store policies.
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill an order due to stock unavailability, listing error, payment issue, shipping limitation or any other reason, we will contact you using the details provided at the time of order.
SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time the order is placed, unless there is a clear pricing error or listing error.
Unless otherwise mentioned, product prices do not include shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, import taxes or other destination-country charges.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and payment information. You also confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for the purchase.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors or listing inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship orders securely from Jaipur, India.
Domestic and international shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, order value and other factors outside our control.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
For high-value gemstone orders, shipping details may be confirmed before dispatch to ensure safe handling and suitable delivery arrangements.
Once an order is handed over to the courier or shipping carrier, delivery timelines and delays are subject to the carrier’s process.
International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, taxes, import charges, clearance fees or other charges as per their country’s rules and regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly mentioned.

SECTION 7 - ORDER & RETURN POLICY
Due to the natural, high-value, limited and lot-specific nature of our gemstone products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed and delivered.
A review may be considered only in the rare case that the item received is different from the product ordered.
To request a review, the buyer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the parcel, outer packaging, inner packaging and product.
Natural inclusions, internal lines, color zoning, surface texture, minor size variation, slight tone difference, and natural gemstone characteristics are not considered defects.

SECTION 8 - NATURAL GEMSTONE DISCLAIMER
All gemstones are natural unless clearly mentioned otherwise.
Natural gemstones may show variations in color, shape, size, transparency, inclusions, internal lines, clouds, zoning, texture, surface characteristics and polish.
These natural characteristics are part of the identity and formation of genuine gemstones. They should not be considered flaws unless they affect the strength, durability or usability of the product.
Every gemstone lot is unique. Even within the same gemstone variety, two strands or stones may differ in appearance.
We encourage buyers to request additional photos or live videos before purchase if they require closer inspection.

However, all sales and purchases made through this website are directly between you and BEADED. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by BEADED, order fulfillment, gemstone quality, shipping, returns, refunds or any purchase-related matter.
